Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of our paid digital channels and execute and optimize our organic social media presence, in line with the overall strategy. This is a hands-on specialist role for someone who knows how to run paid campaigns end-to-end, preferably within B2B environment, from setup and targeting to A/B testing, optimization, automation, and reporting, while also supporting our brand visibility through organic social execution.

Your responsibilities
- Own and manage all paid digital channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, programmatic, retargeting, etc.) with a focus on measurable ROI.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with a structured approach: targeting, A/B testing, funnel optimization, automation, and reporting.
- Continuously analyze campaign data to generate insights and recommend improvements.
- Manage and optimize our organic social media presence, including posting, content ideas, and light content production.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure aligned and impactful messaging.
- Report on marketing performance with clear insights into pipeline and revenue impact.
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with paid media (LinkedIn, Meta and Google), ideally in SaaS or B2B tech, or from an agency environment.
- Proven expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, campaign automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid campaigns with significant budgets.
- Experience with organic social media (LinkedIn, Meta), including ideation, copywriting, and light content creation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Skilled in audience segmentation and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in global SaaS markets is an advantage.
- A team player who collaborates effectively but can also work independently and take ownership.
- Agency background in performance marketing is a strong plus, but not required.
