Who are we looking for?
As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Media & Entertainment clients while driving growth, with a focus on the DACH region.
The position can be located in the DACH region, or in Oslo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our Media & Entertainment customers, acting as a trustworthy advisor, driving customer success.
- Portfolio growth: Drive growth within the existing customer base by identifying and leading opportunities to expand product usage, drive account expansion and increase value.
- Sales metrics: Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas, forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Deal shaping: Negotiate pricing and rebates/ uplift within the guidelines of standard terms and conditions, balancing customer needs with company objectives.
- Strategic focus: Become a thought leader within the Media & Entertainment industry, fostering an expertise on market trends and use-cases, identifying business opportunities and potential partnerships
- Team collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.
- Technical expertise: Utilize your technical acumen to thoroughly understand client needs and showcase Digital Asset Management solutions effectively.

We are looking for a proactive person who can tackle complex challenges, a large number of customers, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in account management and technical sales, or equivalent within the Media & Entertainment segment
- Communication and negotiation: Strong negotiation and communication skills in global markets.
- Team player: An open-minded, team-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
- Growth mindset: Eager to learn, grow, and embrace new challenges.
- Proactive: Self-driven and skilled at managing time and tasks effectively.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to develop long-term strategies and maximize account value.
- Passionate: A true passion for sales and delivering excellent customer experience.
- Language skills: Native/fluent in German, fluent in English.
