We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant that are passionate about making a difference in our customers' lives and want to help them succeed through product innovation and engagement, Business minded and proactive.
The role requires consultancy experience, customer service capabilities, and technical knowledge. Working with Key Account Managers, this position supports the development of the Swiss and German markets by providing solutions to customers.
The office is centrally located in Baden, Zurich area.
As Professional Services Consultant/Project Manager, you will work with technical advisory, project management and technical support matters including:
- Translate Fotoware’s products and solutions into a first-class customer experience
- Part of the Professional Services team , working cross-functionally with Key Account Manager for the Swiss and German market to ensure the best experience for our users
- Advise, train and challenge accompanying existing customers & contributing to Fotoware's go to market strategy
- Take ownership of overall customer satisfaction, recognize high priority situations and take appropriate escalation actions
- Build credible relationships throughout the customers’ organization
- Provide user training for our customers, lead Customer projects and help customers achieve great value from our products
- Identify customer use cases and workflows, and provide advice on how to improve these
- Work directly with customers through e-mail and video meetings to resolve issues and fulfill their requests
- Troubleshoot, replicate, and investigate software, infrastructure, and end-user issues
Professionally you have:
- Experience in project management and are familiar with traditional (e.g., PRINCE2) and agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban – ideally with relevant certifications
- Proficient in overseeing several projects simultaneously
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects – and lead them confidently from planning to successful completion
- Familiar with software processes: You know how to analyze requirements, create concepts and document
- Experiences working with complex IT systems
- Experience from Software industry and worked with SaaS solutions
- Experienced in working in a structured, organized, and customer-focused manner, while communicating effectively and integrating smoothly into teams
- A strong command of written and spoken German and have a business-fluent command of English
- Good project hygiene, use to track time and communicate well with customers and internal resources
It would be a benefit if you have:
- Experience in Cloud Migration
- Knowledge of integrations/API
- Project Management Certification
