At Fotoware, we are looking for a Senior HR Manager who loves doing the work in the entire value chain; from recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations, to shaping policies, procedures, and support our middle and top managers.
In this role, you will lead and implement our people strategy, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best people. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and drive HR initiatives that truly make a difference.
As our Senior HR Manager, you will:
- Drive and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support our business objectives
- Identify and address the organization’s evolving HR needs
- Bridge management and employee relations, providing guidance and resolving challenges
- Own and manage recruitment and selection to attract the right talent
- Own and make sure high standard on- and offboarding processes
- Support employee engagement, motivation and retention programs
- Monitor HR systems and use insights to drive proactive HR initiatives
- Maintain and develop HR procedures and policies
- Build career paths and succession plans for management and key roles
- Organize leadership and people manager workshops
- Ensure compliance with labor law and HR best practices
- Own internal employee surveys and manager feedback surveys and presentation
- Support managers with advice, guidance, and HR best practices
- Drive HR integration during mergers and acquisitions
The position reports to CEO and you will be a part of extended leadership team.
Your strengths and professional requirements:
- Business-minded, results-driven, and people-focused
- Hands-on, proactive, and independent
- Structured, adaptable, and comfortable with and experienced in driving change
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills
- A strong interest in and ability to own and drive strategic HR initiatives
- Solid experience with employee relations, personnel cases, and Norwegian labour law
- Skilled in HR systems (we are using Flex HRM today), metrics, and salary structures
- Experience working cross boarder and with countries outside of Norway, and advantage if experienced in labour laws for the Nordic countries and the DACH regio
- Experienced in day-to-day HR operations and administration and as an , HR managert (5-7 + years ), with a background in tech or scaling companies
- Higher education in HR, leadership, business, or similar
- Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
