Performance Marketing Manager
Are you passionate about scaling growth through strategic, data-driven marketing?
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can bridge creativity with analytics to help us reach and convert the right audiences, globally.
About us
Fotoware is a Norwegian software company that develops and delivers advanced and innovative Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions to customers in 40 countries worldwide. We are proud to work with some of the world’s leading brands and organizations, such as the Financial Times, Marks & Spencer, London Metropolitan Police, and many more. Together, we enable people and organizations to do more with their content.
In the role as a Performance Marketing Manager, you won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll shape how we drive demand, grow our social media presence, and build meaningful engagement across the full customer journey. From campaign strategy to execution, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in how we communicate.
If you're ready to take ownership of performance marketing in a collaborative, fast-paced SaaS environment—where experimentation, continuous learning, and customer focus are core to how we work—we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across digital channels to reach the right audience at the right time.
- Lead demand generation initiatives that drive qualified leads and revenue growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Manage and grow our organic social media presence, creating content that engages and resonates with our target communities.
- Together with the Marketing team, develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business goals—bringing in new customers and deepening engagement with existing ones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to deliver cohesive and high-impact campaigns.
- Own global one-to-many marketing and sales communications, ensuring message consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
- Promote a growth mindset within the marketing team by continuously testing, learning, and optimizing our marketing efforts.
- Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategies and contribute to product direction.
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, inbound strategy, and digital campaign execution, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- A track record of success in driving demand generation, optimizing funnels, and turning data into actionable insights.
- Strong storytelling abilities—you know how to translate complex product features into compelling, customer-focused messaging.
- Hands-on experience with organic social growth, and webinar execution.
- Solid understanding of global SaaS markets and the ability to segment and engage key customer groups effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working on large-scale, global marketing initiatives.
- A growth-oriented mindset—adaptable, curious, and eager to learn, improve, and help others grow.
Why Join Us?
