Technical Lead
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Lead to join our dynamic team at Fotoware.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team at Fotoware, where you’ll play a key role in driving innovation and technical excellence.
As a Technical Lead, you will drive the development and ensure that development aligns with product and technology strategies, keeping projects on track and driving technical improvements.
Key responsibilities:
· Lead Technical Direction: Shape the product’s architecture and design, guiding the team and ensuring high-quality system enhancements.
· Hands-on Development: Actively lead and participate in coding, code reviews, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
· Enhance Performance & Reliability: Define and prioritize non-functional requirements to boost system scalability and reliability.
· Scalable System Design: Design solutions for optimal system performance and growth.
· Maintain Code Quality: Oversee architecture and maintain high code standards.
· Cloud maintenance: ensure application runs smoothly in the Cloud
· Collaborate with Product Management: Align technical execution with business priorities and roadmaps.
· Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other teams, including QA, DevOps, and UX/UI, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
· Mentor and Guide: Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
· Escalation Support: Assist Support Specialists when complex incidents are escalated, helping to resolve issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What we would like from you:
· 7+ Years of Experience: Proven expertise in designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.
· Architectural Expertise: A strong background in architecture and system design, with the ability to make informed decisions that balance scalability, maintainability, and performance.
· CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and ensuring system reliability at scale.
· Security & Optimization Knowledge: Deep understanding of secure coding practices, performance tuning, and building resilient systems.
· Tech Proficiency: Expertise in .NET and C# development, with solid tooling knowledge, and familiarity with technologies like Elasticsearch, Redis, and RabbitMQ (or other message buses).
· Cloud & DevOps Skills: Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and Agile development methodologies, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
· Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
· Curiosity & Innovation: A passion for exploring new technologies and a strong desire to leverage them to enhance customer value.
· Visionary & Action-Oriented: You bring both strategic vision and a "get things done" mindset, turning ideas into actionable results.
