We are seeking a Norwegian/Swedish speaking Key Account Manager to join our dynamic Fotoware Commercial team, based in our Oslo office.
Who are we looking for?
As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our clients while driving growth, with a focus on the Scandinavian region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trustworthy advisor, driving customer success.
- Portfolio Growth: Drive growth within the existing customer base by identifying and leading opportunities to expand product usage, drive account expansion and increase value.
- Sales metrics: Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas, forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Deal shaping: Negotiate pricing and rebates/ uplift within the guidelines of standard terms and conditions, balancing customer needs with company objectives.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with product marketing managers, product specialists, and internal teams to deliver tailored advisory and creative solutions.
- Technical interest: Leverage your technical knowledge to understand client requirements, identify relevant use-cases and demonstrate Digital Asset Management solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a proactive person who can tackle complex challenges, a large number of customers, develop strategic account plans and collaborate with internal teams to foster account growth.
- Minimum 5 years experience in account management and technical sales or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communicator and negotiator: Strong negotiation and communication skills and ability to work in global markets and industries.
- Team player: Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and professional services.
- Growth mindset: A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and develop expertise in 1-2 key verticals.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to develop long-term strategies and maximize account value.
- Proactivity: Self-motivated and able to manage your work independently and efficiently.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish and English.
- Experience from another Cloud software vendor is a plus.
