Marketing Manager for the DACH Region

Now, we are looking for a driven Marketing Manager who can help lead FotoWare’s growth in the DACH region, joining the FotoWare Group Marketing & Communications division in Oslo, Norway. As the DACH Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the FotoWare Group’s marketing and communications strategy in the DACH region, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. You will report to the FotoWare Group CMO and be part of a skilled and experienced marketing team. This role will play an integral part in achieving our company’s shared goals.
As a Marketing Manager you will…
- Be responsible for developing and executing on the marketing strategy for the DACH region
- Own the region’s marketing & communications budget
- Report on the region’s performance according to targets
- Own, plan and launch marketing campaigns and initiatives for the DACH region, together with your skilled colleagues in the marketing & communications team and other stakeholders in the organization
- Communicate about product news and releases to our leads and customers in the DACH region
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Divisions to ensure results from our campaigns and initiatives
- Be a key stakeholder in Merger and Acquisition (M&A) and post M&A-activities concerning marketing & communications
- Create and publish content on FotoWare`s websites, social media channels, and emails
- Travel to the DACH region and our offices in Aarau, Switzerland regularly

Professionally you…
- Have 3-5 years' experience in Marketing, either as Marketing Manager or managing an area within a Marketing team
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree within Business Administrations, Marketing & Communications, Management or similar.
- Speak and write German and English fluently
- Are experienced within copywriting for web, social media and email
- Have experience with marketing & sales automation tools, such as HubSpot or similar
- Have experience with CMS publishing
- Have experience with on-page SEO and SEO tools, such as SEMRush or similar
It is beneficial if you have…
- Experience with inbound marketing strategies and Account Based Marketing
- Experience with B2B or SaaS
- Experience of integrating brands post-M&A
- Familiar with the Microsoft365 suite
- Experience with Canva or other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
